Since May 2007, Nova has turned out hundreds of officers for the Central Superior Services, and many more alumni now hold careers in government and beyond.

About ten years ago, Waheed walked into Nova with a determination to serve Pakistan. There were setbacks and failures, and moments when giving up seemed easier than moving forward. He chose perseverance, and cleared the PMS Sindh Examination.
On his return to the campus, CEO Mazhar Saeed welcomed him with a commemorative shield. Waheed, in turn, honoured his mentor with a Sindhi Ajrak and a traditional turban.
Delayed success is never denied success.
Among Nova's CSP alumni: Kamran Mumtaz, Maryam Mumtaz, Syed Muhammad Bilal, Muhammad Riaz, Adeela Hafeez, Bisma Nasir, Ahsan Saifullah, Mir Reza Ozgen, Marya Jabeen, Hassam Bin Iqbal, Shoaib Mubarak, Waqas Latif Mughal, Shana Shakir, Waqas Ali Khan, Sheharyar Arif Khan, Dr. Aneela Javed Gondal, Najeeb Arjamand, Asma Sanaullah, Sidra Shafiq, Zain ul Abdin, Touheed Rehman Memon, Amna Rafiq and Hafiz Junaid Ameer Sial.

Nova is widely credited with making the twin cities the second largest hub of CSS aspirants after Lahore, as the number of candidates here grew from around a hundred in 2007 to more than three thousand today.
Classes are fully on campus to keep learning disciplined and interactive. When a student cannot attend in person, the academy provides temporary online classes so preparation continues without interruption.
